Lentil cream soup

We wash the lentils in two or three waters and then let them soak for 40 minutes.

We boil it and after two, three, boils we change the water (we change 2 waters).

When it starts to boil well, add the finely chopped vegetables, crushed garlic, paprika, bay leaf and delicacy. Let it boil until the lentils and vegetables are done, then turn off the heat and with the blender make the cream soup.

At the end we add the finely chopped dill (I also added croutons) ... Good appetite! :)
