Step 1: prepare the dough.
Combine flour, egg yolks, sugar, butter and salt. Knead until smooth. You will get a fairly dense and non-sticky dough. Divide it into two parts.
In one part, add sour cream and cocoa powder, mix well so that the mass becomes homogeneous again.
Wrap both buns in cling film and refrigerate 60 minutes.
Step 2: roll out the dough.
Separate the chilled dough. Each bun is cut into four equal parts.
Sprinkle flour on the countertop and roll a rectangle measuring 9 by 15 centimeters from each quarter.
Step 3: collect layers of cookies.
Alternate layers of dough, stacking them on top of each other: chocolate and white; and between them add a filling of nuts, chopped dried fruits and pumpkin seeds.
In the end, you should get such a rectangle of two layers of chocolate and two - white dough.
Four blanks will be the result. Wrap in baking paper and refrigerate 30 minutes. Then cut each into narrower rectangles.
Step 4: bake cookies with nuts.
Put the dough pieces on a baking sheet covered with parchment and send everything to be baked in preheated 180 degrees oven on 15-20 minutes.
After baking with the liver, let it cool to room temperature, and then cut it into strips.
Step 5: serve the cookies with nuts.
Serve cookies with nuts as a dessert for tea or coffee. This wonderful homemade pastry will decorate your table and cheer you up.
Enjoy your meal!
