  1. Flour 1 kg
  2. Water 0.5 liters
  3. Dry yeast 1 gram
  4. Salt 1 tablespoon

In half a liter of warm water stirred 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tbsp and a pack of yeast (11g). While stirring, I gradually add 1 kg of flour to the dishes.
