Preheat the oven to the right heat. Mix all ingredients (except dough) in a medium bowl.

Unroll a sheet of dough and smooth the folds with your fingers. Spread a quarter of the pumpkin composition on the entire surface of the sheet, even on the edges. Roll the dough carefully, even if it comes out a little out of the filling. Repeat these steps for the rest of the dough sheets.

Cut the rolls into 1-2 cm thick slices, then place each slice on a tray lined with baking paper. The filling may leak out, but it's okay if you put it back on.

Put the tray in the hot oven for 18-22 minutes, at 200 degrees Celsius. The rolls are ready when you see that they have browned nicely, and the dough starts to be opaque.
