Frying pan, knife, cutting board, grater, spatula, toothpicks.
Step 1: we stuff chops.
The chop should, of course, be well beaten so that the piece of meat is thin and mobile, that is, it easily turns into a roll.
Lubricate chops with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese and finely chopped herbs.
Fold the chops in half with the filling inside. Secure with toothpicks so that they do not fall apart.
Step 2: breading a pork chop stuffed with cheese.
Beat the eggs in a separate plate, pour the flour into another, and breadcrumbs into another.
Roll the chops stuffed with cheese, first in flour, then in eggs and in breadcrumbs, finally.
Step 3: fry the pork chop stuffed with cheese.
Heat a lot of oil in a pan and fry pork chops in it over medium heat. Fry well, sometimes turning from side to side, until golden brown.
Step 4: Serve the pork chop stuffed with cheese.
After cooking, dip the chops with paper towels to remove excess fat, and then immediately serve the pork stuffed with cheese and herbs to the table. Real jam!
Enjoy your meal!
