Ingredients

Cooking:

Step 1: peel the vegetables.


Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and chop with a blender.

Step 2: mix the ingredients.

Step 3: fry draniki with pepper and zucchini.


Heat vegetable oil in a pan, and then spread the dough into it with a spoon, forming pancakes. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
After frying, dip towels over potato pancakes to remove excess fat.

Step 4: serve draniki with pepper and zucchini.

Potato pancakes with zucchini and zucchini are good to the table both hot and cold. Surely with sour cream. You can also with a salad of fresh vegetables.
