Mayonnaise Chicken

Ingredients for Cooking Chicken in Mayonnaise

  1. Chicken (drumsticks, thighs, breasts) by the number of eaters
  2. Chicken seasoning to taste
  3. Granulated garlic to taste
  4. Paprika to taste
  5. Onions to taste
  6. Olive oil to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the chicken.


Chicken, and you can take absolutely any parts you wish, rinse, dry, put in a plate and mix with spices: seasoning for chicken, paprika and granulated garlic.
Peel the onion, cut into rings and add to the chicken.
Stir everything, cover with foil and leave for several hours or night / day (until morning / evening, for example).

Step 2: bake the chicken in mayonnaise.


Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil.
Set the oven to warm up 190 degrees.
Grease pickled chicken with mayonnaise. Lay it on a baking sheet, and put onion rings between the pieces of the bird.
Pour the broth or just water onto a baking sheet, about 1.5 - 2 glasses.

Send the chicken in the mayonnaise to bake in the oven until a beautiful golden color. It will take about 60 minutes. If you notice that the liquid evaporates very quickly, do not be afraid and add more water or broth.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pan and serve it using the accumulated broth as a sauce for the bird and side dish. Of course, add onion cooked with chicken.

Step 3: serve the chicken in mayonnaise.


Serve the chicken baked in mayonnaise for lunch or dinner as the main main course. Anything will fit in as a side dish: baked potatoes, rice, a salad of fresh, pickled or boiled vegetables.
Frankly, I am skeptical about baked mayonnaise, but the chicken with it is very tasty.
