Heat the pan and butter in it, and then place the turkey cutlets so that they are conveniently turned over and they do not touch each other.

Fry the patties to a beautiful golden crust on both sides, add a little water and simmer until tender, you can under the lid, you can just add more and more water until the mince is cooked.
