Baked pasta with smoked salmon

Ingredients for Cooking Pasta Baked with Smoked Salmon

  1. Spiral pasta - 300-500 grams
  2. Smoked salmon 100 grams
  3. Mozzarella 1 ball
  4. Cream 30% 100 grams (you can take natural yogurt)
  5. Dried basil 3 tablespoons
  6. Red pepper 1 pinch
  7. Fresh parsley rug bunch
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black pepper to taste

Baking dish, pan, colander, plate, whisk, grater.

Cooking pasta baked with smoked salmon:

Step 1: cook pasta.

Cook pasta in salted water. Cook them a little less than indicated on the package (for 30-40 seconds) so that the paste remains firm inside and does not soften when baked.
Fold the pasta into a colander and then put half in a baking dish. The shape, by the way, can be greased with oil, I did not.
Sprinkle hot pasta with hot red pepper.

Step 2: add the salmon.

Cut smoked salmon into thin slices and lay it evenly on pasta.
Sprinkle with dried basil and chopped parsley.

Lay the remaining half of the cooked pasta evenly.

Step 3: add cream with cheese.

Grate the cheese and mix it with cream. Salt, pepper to taste and mix very carefully again to get a homogeneous (almost) mass.
Put the creamy cheese mass on top of the pasta and smooth it with a spoon.

Step 4: bake pasta with smoked salmon.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send it pasta with smoked salmon on 15-20 minutes.
After baking, remove everything, pepper to taste and serve hot. Cut with a spatula into pieces and arrange on plates. You can add the sauce as desired.

Step 5: serve pasta baked with smoked salmon.

It turned out very tasty! There is no photograph, but in the context it looks very beautiful: several multi-colored layers. It's definitely worth the cook! It is possible for lunch or a light dinner. The dish, in my opinion, is satisfying enough for a full meal. And they can surprise their friends and household, they will definitely appreciate.
