Fried bread with avocado, egg, cheese and green onions

Ingredients for making fried bread with avocado, egg, cheese and green onions.

  1. Avocado 1 piece
  2. 2 slices bread
  3. Butter 2 teaspoons
  4. Eggs 2 pieces
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Ground black pepper to taste
  7. Grated cheese to taste
  8. Green onions to taste

Inventory:

Frying pan, spatula, kitchen knife, cutting board.

Cooking:

Step 1: clean the avocado.


Divide the avocado in half lengthwise, peel and remove the seed. From avocados we need two thick slices.

Step 2: chop the bread.


Take two slices of bread and cut a hole in their center, the size of an avocado wedge. Just put slices of avocado on the bread and cut the excess with a knife.

Step 3: Toast the bread.


Heat the pan and melt the butter in it.
Put slices of bread in hot oil and fry until crisp on both sides.

Step 4: add the avocado and eggs.


Insert slices of avocado into a specially cut hole in the bread and gently break the eggs into the hollow center so that the yolk matches exactly the place where the stone used to be in the avocado.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook over medium heat until protein coagulates.

Step 5: add the cheese.


When the egg white is ready, sprinkle the top with grated cheese and continue cooking until it melts.

Step 6: serve the fried bread with avocado, egg, cheese and green onions.


Once the cheese has melted, the fried bread with avocado, egg and cheese can be served. Sprinkle finely chopped green onions on top and start the meal.
