Step 1: chop the chicken.
Peel the chicken breast from skin and bones, cut the meat into small cubes and put it in a deep plate.

Add mayonnaise and mix well to make the mixture homogeneous.
Add starch, but not all at once, but on a spoon to achieve the desired consistency and not overdo it.
Step 5: fry the chicken pancakes with bell pepper.
When the mass becomes sufficiently thick and uniform, heat the oil in a pan and spoon the chicken pancakes into it.
Fry until golden and crispy on both sides.
After frying, put the fritters on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Step 6: serve chicken pancakes with bell pepper.Serve hot, fragrant chicken pancakes with bell pepper along with a vegetable salad of radishes, fresh cucumbers and herbs. It is possible with sour cream or the same mayonnaise.
