Chicken pancakes with bell pepper


  1. Chicken breast 1 piece
  2. Onion green handful
  3. Granulated garlic 1 teaspoon
  4. Sun-dried tomatoes with basil 1 teaspoon (chopped)
  5. White pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  6. 1/3 teaspoon salt
  7. Sweet Paprika 1 teaspoon
  8. Chile pinch
  9. Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  10. Eggs 2 pieces
  11. Bulgarian pepper red, yellow and green half each
  12. Starch (corn, potato) 3-4 tablespoons (can be replaced with flour)

Frying pan, plate, knife, board, tablespoon.


Step 1: chop the chicken.

Peel the chicken breast from skin and bones, cut the meat into small cubes and put it in a deep plate.

Step 2: add the spices.

Add dried chicken, pepper, chili, salt, garlic and paprika to the chopped chicken. Chop the green onion into small pieces and add it to the chicken plate.

Step 3: add the bell pepper.

Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes, add to the meat.
Add chicken eggs and mix.

Step 4: add mayonnaise and starch.

Add mayonnaise and mix well to make the mixture homogeneous.

Add starch, but not all at once, but on a spoon to achieve the desired consistency and not overdo it.

Step 5: fry the chicken pancakes with bell pepper.

When the mass becomes sufficiently thick and uniform, heat the oil in a pan and spoon the chicken pancakes into it.

Fry until golden and crispy on both sides.

After frying, put the fritters on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Step 6: serve chicken pancakes with bell pepper.

Serve hot, fragrant chicken pancakes with bell pepper along with a vegetable salad of radishes, fresh cucumbers and herbs. It is possible with sour cream or the same mayonnaise.
