Because I found fresh strawberries on the market, I bought some to make a strawberry sauce. The sauce is enough for several recipes. I used it to cream a cake, but also to waffles.
- 500 g strawberries,
- 5 ml sweetener,
- 5 tablespoons water
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Strawberry Sauce:
Wash the strawberries, then remove the stalks.
Put the fruit in a saucepan with 5 ml of liquid sweetener and 5 tablespoons of water. Boil over low heat until slightly reduced (about 6 minutes).
Then pass to the blender. A thick sauce is obtained, which can be used to decorate desserts.
Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 6 min

250 gr strawberries cleaned of tails
2 packets of vanilla sugar
50 gr sugar
500 ml liquid cream
2 packs of whipping cream
250g strawberries 2 packs vanilla sugar 50g sugar 500ml cream (liquid whipping cream) 2packs cream hardener
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Whisk the egg whites with the salt powder.
Mix the yolks with the sugar for about 3-4 minutes, add the lemon peel.
Incorporate the egg whites over the yolk cream, add 2 tablespoons of sifted flour and mix lightly with the spoon from the bottom up.
Separate the egg yolks. Beat the whites with the salt until stiff. Mix the yolks and the sugar for about 4 minutes, add the lemon zest. Then, mix together the yolks and whites, add 2 tablespoons of flour and stir gently.
Put a baking sheet in the stove tray and pour the dough, level.
Put the tray in the oven heated to 200 C for about 12 minutes.
Remove the top on a kitchen towel on which we sprinkled a tablespoon of sugar, remove the baking sheet and roll.
In a blender add the strawberries cut in half with the sugar and vanilla sugar and make a puree.
The strawberry puree is then added over the whipped cream with the whipped cream hardener.
Over the cooled countertop, add 2/3 of the cream and roll.
With the rest of the cream, decorate the roll
Leave in the fridge for about 1 hour. before serving.
Preheat the oven at 200 & # 176C. Put a sheet of parchment paper in a baking tray, spread the batter onto the tray and smooth with a spatula. Put it in the oven for about 12 minutes, until the top springs back when pressed gently. After it baked, remove it from the oven, let it cool in the tray for a minute or two, then loosen the edges with a knife. Turn out onto a tea towel lightly sprinkled with sugar, roll up loosely and let cool completely.
Put the halved strawberries in a blender along with the vanilla sugar and blend it until it became a puree. In a bowl, stir the puree with the hardened whipped cream. We fill the roll with & # 8532 of the resulting cream and decorate it with the rest. Put it in the cooler for an hour before serving it. Enjoy!

Strawberry Sauce - Recipes
-500 g strawberries
-100 g sugar
-60 g butter
-3 yolks (I had them in the freezer, from another dish)
The strawberries are cleaned of the tails, they are washed under running water, they are put in a blender and they are pureed. In the pan in which we will prepare the curd, we will mix the yolks with the sugar, until they become whitish.
Over them, we will add the strawberry puree and mix well.
We pass the pan on low heat. We stir continuously, until the cream thickens (about 10 min.). To realize, when it is ready we test with the back to the spoon. We soak the spoon in the cream and on its back, we will draw a dara with the finger, if the dara remains, the cream is ready.
Then turn off the heat and add the butter, little by little, stirring constantly, until we finish it all.
It's summer, it's warm and beautiful, we find in markets / shops everything in terms of fruits and vegetables, everything our soul wants and we can play with them in the same way chip & # 8230 we can do in combinations.
One day I wanted to cool off with a homemade shake of watermelon and strawberries.
I made the shake from a large slice of watermelon (about 1/2 of a watermelon), 250 g of strawberries, lemon juice and a little sugar (we only add sugar if needed).
I took the core out of the watermelon and cut it into pieces, removing the seeds, sliced the strawberries, squeezed the lemon, then mixed them. Whoever has a blender is lucky, he won't sprinkle the whole kitchen like I did with the mixer.
I also added sugar because my watermelon was not so sweet (as usual & # 8230 I don't hit them of any color).
I stopped a portion and enjoyed it fresh with ice and lemon slices, and I put some of it in a shaker in the freezer, to make ice crystals and I served it the next day as a shake & # 8230asa as at McDonald's.
Strawberry sauce it is particularly easy to prepare and there is no need to waste too much time in the kitchen. Surely you will have time to play with the little one. Here are the steps you need to follow:
Put the strawberries, sugar and orange juice in a saucepan over high heat.
Stir in the pan until the sugar dissolves.
Add water as many times as needed.
Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat.
Put a lid on the pan, let the mixture boil.
Stir only occasionally to separate the strawberries.
The preparation must remain on the fire until it thickens and becomes creamy, and the strawberries soft, without dissolving in the mixture.
Once this result is reached, set aside the strawberries and let the sauce cool.
Strawberry sauce it can be served as an ice cream topping, mixed with yogurt or as a cake sauce. It can be stored in the refrigerator, preferably in an airtight container, and must be melted before consuming it. The preparation does not last more than three or four days, so this is the recommended time for its consumption. Good appetite!

First we will deal with the orange sauce:

For the sauce, clean, wash and finely chop the strawberries, then put them in a saucepan. Pour in the sugar and lemon juice, stir occasionally and simmer over medium heat until the sauce starts to thicken. Set the pan aside to cool the sauce. You can also put the sauce in the fridge.
For the dough, mix all the ingredients in a larger bowl. Cover the bowl and set aside to ferment for 1 hour. Line the table with a little flour and spread the dough with a rolling pin, without thinning it. Using a round shape or a cup, form the donuts. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the donuts on both sides until golden brown. You set them aside on a kitchen towel.
Put the strawberry sauce in a bag or in a spray bag. Using a chopstick, prick the inside of the donuts all the way to make room for the sauce filling. Serve the hot donuts decorated with vanilla sugar.
