- 3 onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- peppercorns (4 or more)
- potatoes (10-12)
- 1 teaspoon Maggi
- 2 tablespoons broth
- 1 dill bunch

RECIPE PREPARATION Potato dish:
Cut the onion, tomatoes and garlic and put them in the pot in the hot oil, stirring. Add the peppercorns and Maggi and mix a little, then put the diced potatoes and add water until the pot is full. Leave over medium heat until the potatoes are cooked. Then put the broth and let it simmer until a thick sauce is formed. At the end, add the chopped dill on top.
