I've been thinking badly about these buns for a while, only I didn't have time to prepare them, today it's their turn and I can say that they are made extremely simple, they are mega fluffy, according to a friend, you throw them away up and fall in two days. :) The recipe is not a complicated one, it is basically a bread dough made with milk, without eggs, I also used only an egg yolk with which I greased them on top.
You can make these fluffy buns for breakfast, lunch, dinner or for parties, then you can make them smaller, more funny and effective. You can prepare them in the game I am writing, you will definitely fall in love with them because they are wonderful.
I used fresh yeast for the dough, I don't know why but I don't like dry yeast, I always get the impression that it doesn't grow well enough or as I would like. But of course if you do not have fresh yeast you can also use dry yeast.

- 5 egg whites
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 sachet baking powder (5g)
- 5 yolks
- 150 g sugar
- 3 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 500 ml of milk
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 250 g butter
- 200 g Petite beurre biscuits
- 200 ml of milk
Method of preparation
Cream: mix the yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the flour and milk gradually. Put the pan on medium heat, stirring constantly until the cream thickens like a pudding. Divide the amount of cream into two parts: one part remains vanilla, and in the other half we add the broken chocolate pieces. Stir to mix. Cover each cream with cling film until it cools.
Countertop: mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the sugar, mixing until it melts, the oil gradually, and at the end the flour mixed with the baking powder. Bake in a tray lined with baking paper in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
Assembly: the top is syruped with a little milk. Put the chocolate cream, then put a layer of biscuits passed through milk. Over the biscuits, put vanilla cream, then a layer of whipped cream of 150 ml liquid cream and 2 tablespoons sugar + vanilla essence.
The cake can also be made in the form of a cake, and instead of biscuits we use biscuits.
We put the cake in the fridge in the evening, until the morning, then we decorate it with whipped cream and chicken flakes.
Careful! We use the butter at room temperature: we add 150 g of butter piece by piece in the vanilla cream, and 100 g of butter in the chocolate cream.
