Cooking rice with vegetables and eggs:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
You will need only a few ingredients. But prepare them in advance, as everything will be prepared quickly.
Peel the onion, rinse and cut into thin feathers.
Rinse pepper, dry and peel twigs and seeds. Cut into strips.
Peel the tomatoes with a knife.
Cut the pulp of the tomato into small cubes.
Step 2: fry the vegetables.
Pour some vegetable oil into the pan and heat it.
Add the onions to the pan.
Add pepper and mix with a spatula.
Add a little water, quite a bit.
Salt, pepper to taste and stew for a couple of minutes, covering the frying pan with a lid.
Add the tomatoes and mix well, without removing from the heat. Leave the vegetables to simmer for a couple of minutes.
Step 3: add the pic.
When the tomatoes are soft and fall apart, add rice and some more water (4-5 tablespoons) to the stewed vegetables. Shuffle.
Simmer everything under the lid until rice is cooked.
Step 4: add the eggs.
Beat the eggs in a separate plate, and when the rice with vegetables is ready, pour them into the pan and mix everything quickly so that the mass is more uniform.
Stew everything, stirring, for 2-3 minutes, not forgetting to add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: serve rice with vegetables and an egg.
Rice with vegetables and eggs can be served immediately after cooking, or you can let the dish cool slightly. Decorate your little masterpiece with sour cream and fresh herbs. Enjoy the taste of a hearty and simple meal. Of course, not the work of the restaurant chef, but you will like it no less.
Enjoy your meal!
