Fusilli with chicken wings

Fusilli with chicken wings

After cleaning and cutting the wings in half (except the tip of the wing that is thrown), we suffocate them in a Teflon pan, with a little olive oil quenched with a few tablespoons of water, about 10 minutes. Then add the finely chopped onion and the finely chopped bell pepper to the pan and cover with a lid for a few minutes.

When the onion has softened, add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste and about 2 cups of water. Let's not lose sight of the fact that the pasta will come out of the sauce, so it must be plentiful, so as not to become dry pasta… After it boils, add the crushed garlic, thyme, salt, pepper and spices for chicken, then simmer for 10-15 minutes. (well, only at this stage I thought to take pictures :) look at the beautiful color of the steaming sauce, I guarantee it smelled delicious :))).

Meanwhile, boil the water with a teaspoon of salt, when it boils, add the fusilli, which we boil al dente, according to the time mentioned on the box!

Mix the pasta with the sauce in a bowl, cover them for 10 minutes, to bring all the flavors to the pasta.

Yaaamiii came out, my husband ate 2 servings quickly :))
