Corns with cheese and dill

Dough:

Rub the yeast with the sugar until it dissolves. We put the milk on the fire to be warm, and the yogurt at room temperature. In a bowl sift the flour, add the dissolved yeast, egg, yogurt and salt. We start to mix by hand, we add the milk gradually. Knead until you get an elastic and slightly sticky dough. Incorporate the oil and knead for another 3-4 minutes. Cover with a clean towel and leave to rise for an hour, an hour or so, away from the current.

Filling:

In a bowl, mix the cheeses with sour cream and finely chopped green dill. At the end, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. We turn the leavened dough on the work table and divide it into 3 pieces. We take the first piece, we spread a sheet of suitable thickness, we cut suitable squares. On one corner of each square, put about 1 tablespoon of the filling, then roll the croissants. Do the same with the rest of the dough and the filling.

We place them in a tray lined with baking paper, beat the foam egg and grease them with a brush. Put them in the hot oven, adjust a suitable temperature and let them brown nicely.

When they are ready, take them out, leave them to cool for 5 minutes, then put them in a bowl and cover them with cling film.

MINI BREADS WITH CHEESE AND DILL

INGREDIENTS
200 gr wholemeal flour
100 gr white flour (300 gr white / wholemeal flour can be used directly)
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons grated dry yeast
150 ml milk 3.5 gr
3 tablespoons suitable well drained cottage cheese
1/2 dill connection

METHOD OF PREPARATION
I melted the butter and heated the milk.
In the flour I made a hole where I put the yeast. If you use fresh, it must be crushed. *
I put a little warm milk on it.
I mixed the yeast well enough to form a mayonnaise.
I poured the rest of the milk, butter, then cheese and finely chopped dill over it.
I mixed everything bime and covered the baked dough and left it in a safe place for about 1 hour.
The composition has doubled in volume.
Then I formed 7 loaves about 10 cm long.
I cut them in a tray lined with baking paper and left them covered for another quarter of an hour.
Then I greased them with the egg mixed with olive oil.
I sprinkled sweet paprika and black sesame.
You can put any boxes or leave them simple.
I put them at 180 gr, heated the oven well, for 30 minutes.
I served them hot.
They are divine.
They go simple, like a horn, greased with cream or filled with other cheeses.

Pogacele with cheese and dill, crunchy and flavorful

Ingredient: 300 ml milk, 200 ml mineral water, 200 ml oil, 42 g fresh yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 teaspoons salt and 800 g flour, a bunch of dill, 250 g grated cheese (or grated cheese), 1 egg for greased

Method of preparation Heat the milk. Dissolve the yeast in half of it and mix with the sugar. Leave the mayonnaise to rise for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, place in a bowl with high edges and mix with the rest of the milk, mineral water, salt and oil. Gradually sift the flour into the composition and knead until you get a soft dough, but which still comes off the edges of the bowl. The dill is washed and finely chopped. COCORADA WITH CHEESE AND DILL

Cocorada is, as defined in the dictionary, cornmeal, eggs and butter pie stuffed with cheese, urda and dill. What I suggest are rather baked pies that you can fill with cheese, dill, green onion tails or slightly hardened sweet cabbage. I named them that way because I remember my mother who, whenever she made bread in the oven, baked a cake with cheese or cabbage. Of course she didn't make it as cut as I did, she spread the dough, put the filling in half and then covered the filling with the other half.
For the dough we need (14-15 pieces will result):
& # 8211 620 gr. flour
& # 8211 400 ml warm milk
& # 8211 120 ml oil
& # 8211 40 gr. fresh yeast
& # 8211 2 teaspoons salt
& # 8211 2 teaspoons sugar
How to prepare: Heat the milk lightly on the fire together with the oil. Sprinkle the salt over the flour and mix. Mix the yeast with the sugar until it becomes liquid, then put it in the flour and knead it, gradually adding the milk together with the oil. Leave to rise for approx. 45 minutes in a warm place. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: 400-500 gr of bellows or sheep cheese is mixed with finely chopped dill and green onion tails or sweet cabbage seasoned and seasoned with salt and pepper.

Place the desired filling over a circle and then cover with another circle.


Place it in a tray lined with baking paper where, in order to make sure that it does not fall apart, press the edges of the cake with the teeth of a fork.

Grease with beaten egg and sprinkle some sesame seeds (we like it, you can not use)

Bake for approx. 30 minutes or until nicely browned. (My oven hasn't baked so well lately, so I turned the oven to full capacity and used a tray in which I put some water that I put under the cocorada tray, to make sure it didn't will burn).

It depends a lot on how big you want to make them. I said that if that quantity is divided into 2, two sheets are stretched and cut into 8 triangles each - logically there are 16 horns. If the dough is divided into 3, 3 sheets are stretched and 8 triangles are cut from each, then there are 24 croissants.


Ingredients

In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the crushed telemeau with a fork, eggs and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste, and at the end add the chopped green dill.

The pie sheets thawed at room temperature are divided into 2. Each sheet is greased with oil and placed in a tray (25/35 cm). After we have finished with the first part of the sheets, we put the cheese composition with dill and cover with the second part of the sheets, also greased with oil.

Beat the egg well with a pinch of salt. Add sour cream and mix. & # 8222The sauce & # 8221 obtained was poured evenly over the pie.
