Step 1.

Cut onions in half rings, carrots 5-7 mm thick, bell pepper and tomatoes in half rings.

Step 2

Put the meat in a cauldron and pour cold water. Add 1 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil and remove all foam from the broth. Put onions and carrots in the broth, bring to a boil. Add dry hot chili pepper and reduce heat to moderate, cook the broth for 1 hour. Remove the meat from the broth, remove all the bones and put the meat back into the broth.

Step 3

Add salt, zira, coriander, basil, cilantro, hot pepper, salt, put the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Add tomatoes, bell peppers and cook for another 10 minutes, so that the broth is not very sharp, remove hot pepper from the broth.

Add red onion to the shurpa and cook for 1 minute.
