-300 g butter (from the fridge)

-3 glasses of sifted flour (480 g)

-1 box of boiled condensed milk (380 g)


-50-100 g of white chocolate



1. tops: mix the flour with the baking powder, rub the mixture with butter, add the yolks and knead the dough.

2. Divide the dough into 3 parts and refrigerate for 3 hours. Remove the dough pieces from the fridge 15-20 minutes before baking.

6. Bake 3 worktops at 170 degrees until lightly browned (I baked each worktop for 25 minutes). Remove the tops from the oven, let them cool completely (the hot tops are very fragile), then remove the baking sheet.

Previous preparation:

Add over the countertop ½ of cashew cream and let it rest in the freezer.

Mix the rest of the cream with the cherries and rose jam and pour it over the first layer of cream.

Decoration: we use edible flowers, coconut flakes and cranberries, which we place at will.

Leave it to cool for at least 4-5 hours (or, better, overnight).
