Ingredients for Salad with Tuna and Avocado
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece (large)
- Tomato 2-3 pieces
- Canned corn 200 grams
- Canned tuna 200 grams
- Lemon juice from one lemon
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste

Step 1: chop the avocado.
Peel the avocado from the skin and bones, and then cut the flesh into small cubes.
Step 2: chop the tomato.
Wash, dry and cut the tomatoes in the same cubes as avocados.
Send avocados and tomatoes to the plate.
Step 3: add the corn.
Rinse the corn, draining the excess liquid, and then pour the grains into a plate in which there are already avocados and tomatoes.
Step 4: add the onion to the salad.
Peel the onion, cut into thin feathers or half rings and add to other ingredients. By the way, so that the onion does not make you cry, moisten the knife to cut it with cold water.
Add lemon juice, pepper, salt and oil to a bowl of salad ingredients. And mix everything very carefully to distribute the spices and seasoning.
Step 5: serve the salad with tuna and avocado.
When serving, first put on the plate the vegetable part of the salad, and on top already pieces of canned tuna. Of course, you can add fish to the salad itself, but then mix everything very carefully so that the pieces of tuna do not fall apart.
Serve the finished salad garnished with lemon slices and sprinkled with oregano. Simple, healthy and nutritious.
