Pancakes with strawberries

Ingredients

  1. Egg 1 piece
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Milk 1 and 1/3 cup
  4. Vanilla sugar to taste
  5. Essence to taste (vanilla cream)
  6. Fresh strawberries to taste
  7. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  8. Powdered sugar to taste
  9. Vegetable oil to taste

Plate, cookware, frying pan, spatula.

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the dough.


Sift the flour into a deep plate, add sugar, egg, milk and a few drops of essence for flavor. Mix everything until smooth.

Step 2: fry the pancakes.

Preheat the pan, grease it with oil and pour the dough on the dough, evenly distributing the mass along the bottom. Fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides.
Put the finished ones on a plate and fry the next one.

Step 3: prepare the strawberry filling.


Rinse the strawberries, dry and cut into quarters. Mix gently so as not to crush the pieces of berries. Mix to dissolve the sugar.

Step 4: serve pancakes with strawberries.


Take a pancake, put it on a plate and half pour the strawberries mixed with sugar. Cover with a free half of the dough and garnish with icing sugar.

You can serve pancakes with strawberries just like that, you can add them with ice cream or sour cream. It will be tasty anyway.
