Ingredients for making unsweetened pancake cake

Step 1: prepare the dough for pancakes.
To make pancake dough, you just need to mix eggs, beer, water together and add as much wheat flour as you need to get a mass as thick as liquid sour cream. The main thing here is to mix everything very well and not to sort out the flour.
Step 2: fry the pancakes.
Heat the frying pan on the stove, with the help of half the onion or potato, grease it with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes, carefully turning them over.
Step 3: prepare the filling.
When the pancakes are ready, cut the ham into thin slices. You can, by the way, immediately take the cut, because it will still be thinner than you can cut by hand.
Mix creamy and grated or mashed (if soft) cheese and butter in a clean bowl. If the cheeses are not salted enough, salt the toppings from them.
Step 4: collect unsweetened pancake cake.
Now you just have to collect the cake, and this is as easy as shelling pears.
Take a large flat plate, put a pancake in it and grease it with cheese mixed with butter.
Put thin slices of ham on top and cover them with another pancake.
Repeat the whole sequence of layers again and assemble the cake using all the pancakes and all the filling that you have.
Place the unsweetened pancake cake in the refrigerator until the moment it comes.
Step 5: serve unsweetened pancake cake.
Cut the pancake cake into portions and serve as a cold appetizer. You can decorate it with herbs or vegetables. Very tasty, I recommend it to everyone.
