Corn Flakes Zucchini


For zucchini

  1. Zucchini (small) 2 pieces
  2. Eggs 2 pieces
  3. Flour 150 grams
  4. Corn flakes 200 grams
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pepper to taste
  7. Vegetable oil for frying 150 milliliters

For the sauce

  1. Yogurt 200 grams
  2. Cucumber 1 piece
  3. Garlic 1 head
  4. Dill 1 bunch
  5. Parsley a few twigs
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Olive oil 1 teaspoon

Step 1: chop the zucchini.

Rinse the squash well, dry it, cut into thick (3-4 mm) circles and salt. Leave on 7-8 minutes, then pat dry with paper towels and do exactly the same on the other side.

Step 2: breading zucchini.

Prepare three plates: pour corn flakes in one, flour in the other, and in the third beat eggs with salt and pepper, as well as a tablespoon of flour.

Slices of zucchini, first dip in flour, then in eggs and corn flakes in the last turn.

Step 3: fry the zucchini in cornflakes.

Fried zucchini and corn flakes, fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
When the zucchini is ready, transfer them to a paper towel and pat it dry, removing excess fat.

Step 4: prepare the sauce.

While the zucchini is drying, prepare the sauce for them.
To do this, mix chopped garlic with salt, then add natural yogurt, grated cucumber and finely chopped greens to it. Mix well.
Put in a bowl for sauce and garnish with greens and olive oil on top.

Step 5: Serve the Corn Flakes Zucchini.

Corn flakes zucchini served warm. Dip them in the sauce and try it soon!
