Ingredients for making pancakes with mushrooms and ham.
- Wheat flour 150 grams
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Milk 500 milliliters
- Ham 18 thin slices
- Mushrooms 250 grams
- Onion 250 grams
- Butter 50 grams
- Sour cream 250 grams
- Grated cheese 100 grams
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley to taste
- Pepper to taste

Frying pan, whisk, kitchen knife, cutting board, ladle, grater, spatula, baking dish.
Step 1: prepare the dough.
You may not particularly bother with the ingredients for the filling. So, if there is no ham, take boiled sausage, instead of sour cream - fat cream, and instead of fresh mushrooms - canned.
First prepare a homogeneous dough from flour, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt.
Mix everything well and leave on 20 minutes at rest.
Step 2: prepare the filling.
Mushrooms and onions must be peeled, washed and chopped very finely.
Then heat ghee in a pan, add onion to it, reduce heat to minimum and simmer everything 20 minutesstirring.
Add mushrooms to the stewed onion and mix everything together very well. Cook yet 10 minutes.
Add garlic and parsley to taste at the end, as well as pepper.
Remove from heat and add about 2 tablespoons sour cream and salt to taste. Shuffle.
Step 3: fry the pancakes.
Fry pancakes in a pan with a little oil. Pancakes on milk do not break and do not crumple, so you should not have problems with them.
Step 4: we stuff pancakes.
Now take turns wrapping the pancakes in the filling.
Take a pancake, put slices of ham on it, on top mushrooms with onions and a small slice of butter, and then roll up a tube or a triangle.
Step 5: bake pancakes with mushrooms and ham.
Lubricate the baking dish with butter and put pancakes stuffed with mushrooms and ham into it. Lubricate with sour cream on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Send the pancakes to bake in a preheated oven on 10-15 minutesso that the cheese melts.
Step 6: serve pancakes with mushrooms and ham.
Before serving, place the pancakes in portions and garnish them with fresh herbs. Everything! A hearty and tasty dish is ready. At least for a snack, at least for a full dinner.
