Ingredients

  1. Chicken liver 300 gr;
  2. Canned green peas 100 gr;
  3. Eggs 3 pcs;
  4. Carrots 1-2 pcs;
  5. Green onion (feather) 1 bunch;
  6. Vegetable oil for frying; taste
  7. Mayonnaise for dressing. taste

Inventory:

2 pots for cooking liver and eggs, a frying pan, cutting board, knife, salad bowl, spoon.

Cooking:

Boil the liver until cooked and leave to cool in the broth so that it does not darken.
Peel and grate carrots. Fry the carrots in a pan with vegetable oil.
Dice the liver and boiled eggs in a bowl. Add the fried carrots and canned peas. Add chopped chives and mayonnaise. Salt to taste.
