    • Water & # 8211 45 gr

    • Sugar & # 8211 1/2 tsp
    • Stuffed
      • Cheese & # 8211 150 gr (preferably Gruyére Emmental)
      • Ham or bacon & # 8211 150 gr
      • Milk & # 8211 250 Gr
      • Flour & # 8211 30 gr
      • Margarine & # 8211 40 gr
      • Salt & # 8211 to taste
      • Pepper & # 8211 to taste
      • Eggs & # 8211 3
      • Cream & # 8211 50 gr (or evaporated milk)

      Instructions

      1. Put all the ingredients for the dough in the jug and set 20 Seconds / Speed ​​6.

      9. Cuocere per circa 25 minuti nel forno a 180°. Controllate la cottura di tanto in tanto che a secondo degli ingredienti e del forno potrebbe metterci più tempo

      SUGGERIMENTO: è possibile sostituire il prosciutto con della pancetta affumicata, spinaci, funghi, tonno, ecc.

      Le ricette del coniglio


      1 confezione di pasta brisée (tonda)
      100 g di lardons fumés (pancetta affumicata a dadini)
      4 eggs
      1 vasetto di crème fraiche épaisse (panna da cucina fresca e consistente. Se in Italia non si trova, mettere in frigo quella che trovate in tetrapack). Usarne 150-200 g.
      nutmeg
      sale, pepe q.b.
      100 g emmenthal rapé (vale a dire: grattugiato a fili lunghi)

      Usare una teglia bassa (per esempio, da crostata) di diametro un po' inferiore a quello della pasta brisée
      preriscaldare il forno per 15 mn a 22o°

      Srotolare la pasta brisée dopo averla fatta ammorbidire e punzecchiarla con i rebbi di una forchetta. Disporre i lardons fumés sul fondo.
      In una terrina, sbattere le uova intere cui aggiungere un po' di sale (non troppo, già la pancetta affumicata è salata), pepe e una grattugiata di noce moscata che dà miglior sapore.
      Incorporarvi poi delicatamente la crème fraiche . Rovesciare l'amalgama sulla pasta brisée stesa e la pancetta affumicata a dadi.

      Bucherellare di tanto in tanto la superficie. Far dorare con la funzione grill per gli ultimi 2 minuti.

      Avvertenza:
      È possibile che non troviate in commercio la pasta brisée bell'e fatta.
      È probabile che - come me - non abbiate voglia di prepararla.
      Comprate una pasta sfoglia già pronta (purché tonda). Andrà ugualmente bene.
      Sarà una quiche un po' speciale, ma sempre buona.

      Questa quiche l'ho preparata la settimana scorsa. Ho abbondato in lardons fumés .
