Pancakes with meat and mushrooms breaded

Ingredients for making pancakes with meat and mushrooms breaded

  1. Pancakes 10 pieces
  2. Beef 300 grams
  3. Mushrooms 250 grams
  4. Onion 1 piece
  5. Fresh dill to taste
  6. 2-3 eggs
  7. Wheat flour 100 grams
  8. Breadcrumbs optional
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pepper to taste
  11. Vegetable oil 1 liter

Inventory:

Saucepan, frying pan, kitchen knife, cutting board, slotted spoon, blender, plates.

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the meat.


Take boneless meat and fat. It must be thawed and washed.

Simmer the beef until it is tender. For taste, you can add vegetables (onions, celery, carrots) and bay leaf to the broth.

Step 2: fry the mushrooms.


Finely chop the onions and mushrooms.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onion in it until slightly brown, then add the mushrooms and continue to simmer until tender, stirring occasionally.

Step 3: chop the meat.


When the boiled meat has cooled, grind it with a meat grinder or a blender, as I did.

Step 4: mix the ingredients for the filling.


Combine onion fried mushrooms with beef and chopped dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Shuffle. Add a few tablespoons of meat broth to make the filling juicy.

Step 5: chop the pancakes.


Fold a few pancakes on top of each other and cut them in half. Do not take a lot of pancakes at once, so that it is more convenient to cut.

Step 6: we stuff pancakes.


Spread a tablespoon of the filling for each half of the pancake and then fold it into a triangle, as shown in the photo.

Step 7: breading pancakes.


Pour flour and breadcrumbs into different plates (I have Japanese breading, but you can take the usual one). And also, in a separate plate, beat the chicken eggs.

Dip each triangular pancake first in flour, then in the egg and in the breading at the end.
Each breading layer should cover pancakes well from all sides.

Step 8: fry pancakes with meat and mushrooms breaded.


Heat the vegetable oil and gently dip the stuffed pancakes into it. Fry until golden brown and leave to cool on paper towels (they absorb fat lines).

Step 9: serve pancakes with meat and mushrooms breaded.


Breaded pancakes need to be allowed to cool slightly so that you ate them without burning, and then serve them to the table.
