- Flour 3.5 cups
- Butter 200 gr.
- 2 eggs
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Jam, jam or jam for the filling - 250 gr. taste

Cooking:Beat eggs with sugar in a deep bowl, add soft butter, grate. Pour baking powder into flour, mix lightly. Sift the flour and add it to the bowl. Knead the dough, it should turn out soft, but not stick to your hands. Cut 1/3 of the dough, place in a film or cellophane and put in the freezer for 1 hour. Lightly grease the cake pan with butter. Put the majority of the dough into a mold and evenly distribute it, make small sides as well. Add jam (I have plum) and spread evenly on the dough. Remove the dough from the freezer and rub it onto the cake on a coarse grater.
Put in an oven preheated at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Remove and let cool slightly.
