Step 1.Rinse the beans and pour 800 ml of water, leave for 10-12 hours.
Step 2Put the beans in a pan, add water 3 cm above the beans and cook over low heat for 2 hours. Beans should be soft, but keep in shape.
Step 3Finely chop the garlic, onion, red pepper and cilantro.
Step 4Heat the pan, add vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, 40 g butter, and onions. add 1 tsp to the onion ground black pepper. Fry the onion over low heat for 6-7 minutes.
Step 5Once the beans are soft, add the fried onions to it and continue simmering for another 10 minutes. Mash the beans partially. Shuffle.
Step 6Add 1 tsp to beans chopped hot peppers and ground coriander, simmer another 3 minutes.
Step 7Add garlic, fresh cilantro and wine vinegar. If necessary, add salt and black pepper to taste, turn off the heat and let the lobio infuse for 20 minutes.
