Cake "Pink Flamingo"

The ingredients for the preparation of the cake "Pink Flamingo"

For the test:

  1. 5 eggs
  2. sugar 1 cup 200 g
  3. salt 2 g
  4. vanilla sugar 10 g.
  5. food coloring red color a few drops (see for your saturation)
  6. cocoa powder 2 tbsp. spoons
  7. flour 1 cup (200 g.)

For impregnation:

  1. rum (or cognac) 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  2. canned pitted cherries 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  3. cherry syrup (or juice) to taste

For cream:

  1. gelatin 25 g.
  2. sour cream 20% 150 g
  3. confectionery cream 26% 250 g.
  4. cherry yogurt 400 ml
  5. water 3 tbsp. spoons
  6. food color red a few drops

  • Serving 12 Servings
