Ingredients

  1. Cucumbers (based on a 3 liter jar) 1.7 kg
  2. Blackcurrant leaves 2 pcs.;
  3. Cherry Leaves 2 pcs.;
  4. Oak leaves 2 pcs.;
  5. Horseradish leaf 1 pc.;
  6. 2 cloves of garlic;
  7. Black pepper peas 10 pcs.;
  8. Hot pepper 0, 25 pods;
  9. Umbrellas of dried dill 1-2 pcs.;
  10. Salt 90 gr.;
  11. Sugar 90 gr.;
  12. Vinegar 90 gr.

Inventory:

3 liter cans, lids, saucepan, large bowl, knife.

Cooking:

Soak cucumbers for 3-4 hours in cold water. Wash, trim on both sides. Put spices, cucumbers in a jar and pour boiling water over it. Leave on for 30 minutes. Over time, pour the water into the pan, boil again. Pour salt, sugar and vinegar into jars of cucumbers, pour hot brine and roll. Wrap for several hours, store in a cellar or pantry (well stored at home). Delicious crispy pickled cucumbers for the winter ready!
