Cauliflower Soup


  1. Cauliflower 800 g
  2. Potato 300 g
  3. Onions 260 g
  4. Butter 50 g
  5. Nutmeg 1/3 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black pepper to taste
  8. Water 1200 ml

Step 1.

Dice the onion and fry in a saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the potatoes into small slices, add to the onion and continue to fry on low heat for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Cauliflower disassemble and cut into small pieces. Add cabbage to the pot with onions and potatoes, pour water, add salt and pepper, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Beat vegetables with a submersible blender until smooth, add nutmeg and mix. The soup is ready.

Step 5

Garnish the soup with a few slices of fresh tomato and basil leaves. Serve fresh croutons of white bread and grated hard cheese for the soup. Enjoy your meal!
