French chocolate mousse


  1. Chocolate black (dark) 125 g
  2. Squirrels 4 pcs.
  3. Powdered sugar 3 tbsp. l
  4. Instant coffee 2 tsp.
  5. Salt 1 pinch
  6. Cocoa to taste
  7. Nuts to taste
  8. Hot water 1 tbsp. l

Step 1.

Separate the squirrels from the yolks. We need proteins. Add salt to the proteins and beat very well. Add the icing sugar and beat again until the peaks are steady. Add hot water to the coffee and mix well. It will turn out very strong coffee.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate in a steam bath and add coffee to it. Mix well. Remove from heat and leave for several minutes to allow the chocolate to cool. Add 1/3 of the protein and mix thoroughly. Add the rest of the protein to mix gently, from the bottom up. Pour the mousse into the bowls (cups, molds) and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving sprinkle with cocoa and add chopped nuts. Get a tasty and mega chocolate dessert.
