With wet hands, nip off some minced meat and make a cake, put a plum inside and wrap it in a ball very tightly.

Form so all meat balls and roll them after in breadcrumbs.

Step 4: fry the meat balls with plums.

Heat a lot of oil in a pan and send meat balls into it. Fry over medium heat to a beautiful golden crust on all sides. Oil should be enough to cover the balls to half.
Put the balls on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat.

Step 5: serve the meat balls with plums.

Serve hot balls with plums hot. Crispy on the outside, they are very juicy and tender inside, and the sweet pulp of the fruit is an incredibly bright and tasty accent.
