- Sesame 2 tsp
- 3 apples

Inventory:
Knife, cutting board, frying pan, cup, plate, convenient container, mixer or blender, tablespoon
Cooking:

Sugar is added to heated kefir.
Add dry yeast and let stand for seven minutes to activate the yeast.



Add the butter to the eggs and beat.





We form the dough, knead it and put it in a warm place for raising for 30-40 minutes.



In a pan, heat the butter and spread the apples for caramelization.



Divide the resulting roll into 10 parts.

Each part is shaped into cakes 1-1.5 cm thick and laid out our apple filling.



Lubricate with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds, then send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
