- Chicken Leg Fillet 600 grams
- Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Allspice 2 peas
- Savory and thyme a pair of twigs
- Garlic 1 clove
- Sour cream 30% 3/4 cup

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
You can buy a ready-made fillet from a drumstick, or you can “get” it yourself by cleaning the bone and skin of the drumstick meat. It is quite simple, but will take some time.
Cut the fillet into large strips.
Chop the onion very finely.
Break the branches of herbs into smaller pieces.
Peas allspice, crush the handle of a knife or pestle.
Step 2: fry the chicken.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pieces of meat in it until they turn color, turning golden.
Add onion, salt, black and strangled peppers to the meat. Mix well and cook until the onions are soft.
Add herbs, reduce heat and cook under the lid for 15 minutes. Be sure to mix several times in the process.
Step 3: add the sour cream.
Add sour cream, curry and nutmeg, mix well. Re-cover and continue to simmer again. 10 minutes.
Remember to stir occasionally.
A couple of minutes before the end of cooking, add the garlic passed through the press.
Step 4: serve chicken goulash with sour cream.
Serve chicken legs with sour cream with bread or with a light side dish, such as rice or mashed potatoes. Very tasty dish! And what a terrific sauce!
