For salad

  1. String beans (boiled, or steamed) 200-250g.
  2. Canned red beans 170-200g.
  3. Champignons 400-450g.
  4. Vegetable oil for frying
  5. Boiled carrots (or steamed) 1 pc.
  6. Boneless olives 170-200g.
  7. Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.
  8. Dill 10-20g.
  9. Green onion 20g.
  10. Garnish with pumpkin seeds to taste

For refueling

  1. Spinach 100-150g.
  2. Vegetable oil for frying
  3. Garlic 3-4 cloves.
  4. French mustard 1 teaspoon
  5. Soy sauce 1-2 teaspoons
  6. Salt, pepper to taste.
