Korean Tomatoes


  1. Tomatoes 1 kg
  2. Green onions 100 g
  3. Red pepper flakes 5 tsp
  4. Fish sauce or soy sauce 3 tbsp.
  5. Sugar 1 tbsp
  6. Garlic 20 g

Step 1.

Prepare the filling for the tomato: chop green onion, garlic, put everything in a bowl and mix with sugar, fish sauce and red pepper.

Step 2

Cut the stem of the tomato and cut the tomatoes into 4 parts, without cutting them completely.

Step 3

Stuff the tomatoes with onion filling, put in a container and leave for 24 hours at room temperature. Then put the tomatoes in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
