Potato muffins with egg


  1. Potatoes 5-6 pieces
  2. Butter 50 grams
  3. Milk (hot) 100 milliliters
  4. Mozzarella in brine 100 grams
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Rosemary to taste
  7. Parsley to taste
  8. Granulated garlic to taste
  9. Sour cream 2 tablespoons
  10. Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
  11. Eggs 7 pieces
  12. Sausage a few slices

Step 1: boil mashed potatoes.

Peel the potatoes, chop and boil them in salted water. Then drain the water, and crush the hot potatoes in mashed potatoes, mixed with hot milk.
Add oil and salt. Shuffle.

Mashed mozzarella, add spices, sour cream and breadcrumbs.

Mix well until smooth.

Step 2: put the mashed potatoes in the tins.

Lubricate the muffin pan with butter.

Put mashed potatoes in them, filling out the forms 3/4.

Squeeze a depression in the middle of the puree with a wet spoon, forming the sides along the edges.

Break the egg into each pan and add a piece of sausage.

Step 3: bake potato muffins with an egg.

Bake at medium temperature until the egg curls completely or to the extent you like (you can wait until the yolk is baked, if you do not like it raw).
