Ingredients for making salad with fennel, pomegranate and avocado
- 1/2 lettuce salad
- Fennel 1/2 pieces

Step 1: chop the ingredients.
Rinse and peel all vegetables.
I cut carrots and fennel into thin strips with a special knife.
Crush the radish into thin slices, avocado into slices, onion into half rings, lettuce into stripes, pepper into rings.
Clean half of the grant by selecting grains.
Step 2: mix and season the salad.
Mix all the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl.
Separately mix soy sauce, lime juice, honey, salt and pepper. Beat with a fork until smooth.
Pour the resulting dressing into the salad and mix gently so as not to break the pieces of avocado.
Step 3: serve salad with fennel, pomegranate and avocado.
I serve salad with fennel, pomegranate and avocado as a main course or as a side dish for scrambled eggs or toast for breakfast. Very tasty and juicy.
