Salad with Fennel, Pomegranate and Avocado

Ingredients for making salad with fennel, pomegranate and avocado

  1. 1/2 lettuce salad
  2. Fennel 1/2 pieces
  3. Pomegranate 1/2 pieces
  4. Carrot 1 piece
  5. Green chili pepper 1/4 pieces
  6. Avocado 1/2 pieces
  7. Half lime lime juice
  8. Radish 2 pieces
  9. Red onion 1/2 pieces
  10. Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Pepper to taste
  13. Fennel stalk to taste
  14. Honey 1 teaspoon

Inventory:

Kitchen knife, knife for cutting vegetables, plate, cutting board, tablespoon, salad bowl.

Cooking:

Step 1: chop the ingredients.


Rinse and peel all vegetables.
I cut carrots and fennel into thin strips with a special knife.
Crush the radish into thin slices, avocado into slices, onion into half rings, lettuce into stripes, pepper into rings.
Clean half of the grant by selecting grains.

Step 2: mix and season the salad.


Mix all the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl.
Separately mix soy sauce, lime juice, honey, salt and pepper. Beat with a fork until smooth.
Pour the resulting dressing into the salad and mix gently so as not to break the pieces of avocado.

Step 3: serve salad with fennel, pomegranate and avocado.


I serve salad with fennel, pomegranate and avocado as a main course or as a side dish for scrambled eggs or toast for breakfast. Very tasty and juicy.

- Store the finished salad in the refrigerator for no longer than a day and in a tightly closed container so that the aromas do not mix.
