1. So, we rub the peeled apples on a coarse grater, pour the cinnamon and vanilla sugar here, and mix well.

2. In a deep bowl, sift the flour with baking powder, pour semolina, sugar, mix.

3. We take a detachable form (diameter 24 cm), covered with parchment paper, and greased with vegetable oil. Pour 1/3 of the flour mixture into it, and distribute along the bottom of the form.

4. Now, gently distribute half the grated apples over the dry layer, without pressing (very important).

5. Sprinkle the apple layer 12 with the rest of the flour mixture, and spread the remaining grated apples, also without pressing.

6. Pour the whole flour mixture, and carefully distribute in shape.

7. We prepare milk and egg filling. Pour into a container of 300 ml. warm milk, add the egg, melted butter, and mix well.

8. Distribute the filling evenly over the top layer of the pie, and use a wooden skewer to make punctures in the pie to the bottom, so that the fill saturates the bottom dry layer properly.

9. Send the cake to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. We take it out of the oven and distribute the remaining milk (30 ml) from above. And again we send the cake to the oven for 30-35 minutes.

10. At the end of time, let the cake cool and soak for at least 4 hours. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Good appetite!
