Vegetarian Roll Ingredients
- Round rice to taste

Saucepan, kitchen knife, cutting board, tablespoon, bamboo mat, cling film.
Step 1: cook rice.
Cook rice, based on the proportions: 1.25 cups of water per 1 cup of rice. And leave the finished cereal on 30 minutes cool down.
Add rice vinegar to the cooled rice. 1 tablespoon of vinegar in 1 cup of finished rice, approximately.
If you don't have rice vinegar, replace it with apple cider vinegar with a little sugar.
Step 2: add the filling.
For convenience, a bamboo mat can be covered with cling film, but if you are confident in your abilities, you can do without it.
Put a sheet of nori on the mat, and on top distribute about 1/3 cup of boiled rice, leaving about 2 centimeters of free sheet on one side.
Optionally, pour rice with a little soy sauce.
Peel and cut the carrots into thin strips, chop the cucumbers thinly. Cut the mushrooms into flat slices.
Put the vegetable filling on the rice as shown in the photo.
Step 3: roll vegetarian rolls.
Spin the roll starting from the opposite side of the free (on which there is no rice) edge of the nori. Fold gently, leveling with your hands from the center to the side edges, so that the roll is dense, and the filling and rice are evenly distributed.
Cut the resulting “sausage” into portions and serve!
Step 4: serve vegetarian rolls.
Vegetarian rolls are delicious and light, crispy inside. Sprinkle them on top with fried or fresh sesame seeds and try! You will definitely enjoy it.

- You can also add avocado, bell pepper, tofu to the vegetarian rolls. But in general, you are not limited and you can use any ingredients that are suitable in your opinion.
