Fried chicken with zucchini

Ingredients for Cooking Fried Chicken with Zucchini

The main

Cooking:

Step 1: fry the chicken.


Cut the chicken into small cubes.

Put the finished chicken on a plate, cover with foil so that it does not get too cold, and leave it for now.

Step 2: chop the zucchini.


While the chicken is being fried, wash the zucchini and zucchini, cut off their tails.

Halve and cut vegetables into thin semicircles.
Also cut the onions in half rings.

Step 3: fry the zucchini.


In the same pan in which you fried chicken, fry the zucchini with onions, adding a couple more tablespoons of oil. Do not fry the zucchini for a long time, let them just become soft, but you don’t need to turn them into porridge. Therefore, mix gently.

Step 4: fry the chicken with zucchini.


While zucchini is fried, prepare the sauce separately in a saucepan. To do this, mix all the ingredients listed in the list with each other and heat, stirring all the time. Heat until the sauce thickens.
In the skillet to the zucchini, send the chicken, pour everything on top with sauce and mix. Warm up a little more, and then remove from heat and serve.

Step 5: serve the chicken with zucchini.


Zucchini chicken is especially good with a side dish of regular boiled rice. The dish turns out with a rich taste and aroma. Like everyone, without exception. I serve it for lunch or dinner as the main main course.
