Cut the fish into pieces and fry over high heat on all sides, until golden brown.

In the oil in which the fish was fried, fry the tomatoes for literally 2-3 minutes. Add sugar and mix.
Salt fish, pepper and sprinkle with dry basil (this is a must if you want to feel the chic taste of the dish).
Put tomatoes on top of the fish. Spread olives over the entire surface.
