- Dry yeast 1 sachet
- Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
- Milk 260 milliliters
- Butter 50 grams
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Egg 1 piece
- Boiled potato 3 pieces (large)
- Cheese 350 grams
- Eggs 2 pieces

- Parsley 1 bunch

Plate, rolling pin, knife, grater, crush, tablespoon, parchment for baking.
Step 1: prepare the dough.
Start the batch with the preparation of yeast, for this, dilute them in 50 milliliters warm milk with sugar and 5 tablespoons flour. Leave on 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, sift the flour into a deep plate, make a hole in the center and break the egg there. Mix it a little with flour.
Then add the suitable yeast, the remaining milk, butter and salt. Knead a uniform dough that does not stick to your hands.
Cover the plate with the dough with cling film and leave it in a warm place on 90 minutesuntil it rises.
After raising the dough, mix again and divide into two equal parts.
Step 2: prepare the filling.
Mash the boiled potatoes, mashed the vegetables with a blender or a fork, but in no case a blender.
Add the grated cheese, finely chopped greens and salt and pepper to the puree.
Break a couple of eggs here and mix everything very well.
You should get a homogeneous mass.
Step 3: make a cake.
Roll both halves of the dough into round layers. And lay one layer on parchment for baking, and on top lay on it an even layer of potato-cheese filling.
The second layer of dough should be a little larger. Cover them with a cake on top, densely covering the edges.
Step 4: bake a pie with potatoes and cheese.
Bake a pie with potatoes and cheese in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 40-45 minutesuntil the dough is lightly browned.
Cool the finished cake at room temperature and serve.
