Bake potatoes in the oven at 250 C for 25 minutes.
Onion cut into half rings. Fry in butter. When the onion becomes clear add 2-3 cloves of garlic whole. Then add green peas. Lightly fry. Add cream, mustard, mint leaves, dill. Add salt. Stew under the lid over low heat for 10 minutes.
Peel the baked potatoes and grate on a coarse grater. Cut the fish into small pieces, add to the grated potatoes and mix. Sprinkle the table with flour. Roll the resulting mixture of potatoes and fish into a thin sausage and cut into small pieces. Cook the croquettes thus obtained in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, put on a wire rack, allow to dry.
Meanwhile, pour the contents of the pan with green peas into a blender bowl and turn into mashed potatoes. If the mashed potatoes are too thick, then you can add a little water in which croquettes were cooked.
Fry croquettes in butter until a thin crust appears. On a plate put mashed green peas, fried croquettes on top of it. You can add grated Parmesan.
