Beat meat and cut into small pieces.
Add salt, pepper, oregano and marinate for 30 minutes.
Chop the onion into very thin half rings and add 1/3 teaspoon salt, and knead the onion in your hand for 30 seconds.
Cut the potatoes into small thin slices, add cold water and add 1 tbsp. salt, potatoes will salt and not darken. Before forming a dish, drain and dry the potatoes with a towel.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater, add sour cream, mayonnaise and mix well.
Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil, put the cooking ring and evenly lay a layer of potatoes. Put a layer of meat on the potatoes. Put a layer of onion on the meat. Onion lay 2 tbsp. curd and gently smooth over the entire surface, carefully remove the cooking ring.
Thus, form all the servings on a baking sheet. The recipe uses a culinary ring with a diameter of 12 cm, with a height of 5 cm, so 6 servings are obtained.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 170 ° C and bake for another 15 minutes.
