Meatball Soup


  1. Minced meat 400 g
  2. Carrot 140 g
  3. Onions 250 g
  4. Potato 300 g
  5. Rice 2 tbsp
  6. Water 2 liters
  7. Parsley 5 g
  8. Dill 10 g
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Ground black pepper to taste
  11. Bay leaf 2 pcs.
  12. Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

Add half the finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and minced meat to the minced meat.
In the pan, fry the second half of the onion with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil for 2 minutes.
Add grated carrots and fry for another 3 minutes over medium heat.
Add 2 liters of water and bring to a boil, put 2 tbsp in boiling broth. tablespoons washed rice and diced potatoes. Cook over low heat with the lid closed for 10 minutes.
Form small minced meatballs.
Add meatballs, salt, pepper, bay leaf to the soup and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
Add finely chopped dill and parsley. The soup is ready. Enjoy your meal!
