Ingredients for making potato salad with mustard sauce
- Potato 1 kilogram
- Green onion 1 bunch
- Kohlrabi cabbage 1 piece
- Pitted olives 150 grams
- Ham of Prague 200 grams
- Pickled Cucumbers 150 grams
- Mustard 2-3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice to taste
- Vegetable oil to taste
- Smoked cheese 30 grams
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Kitchen knife, baking sheet, foil, plate, whisk, tablespoon, cutting board.
Step 1: peel the vegetables.
Peel and rinse the potatoes well, and then cut them into medium-sized cubes.
For now, just peel and rinse kohlrabi cabbage.
Step 2: bake the potatoes.
Mix the chopped potatoes with salt, pepper and vegetable oil, and then spread it in an even layer on a baking sheet.
Cover the potatoes with foil and place in a preheated oven on 30 minutes.
Per 10 minutes remove the foil until ready and continue to bake the potato so that it is covered with a golden crust.
Step 3: chop the other ingredients.
Cucumbers, kohlrabi cabbage, ham and greens cut into arbitrary pieces, as the hand lies. I got a straw.
Step 4: prepare the mustard sauce.
Combine mustard, oil and lemon juice so that you have a uniform sauce. Proportions of oil and lemon juice to your taste.
Add salt and pepper to the sauce to taste, as well as pour grated smoked cheese and mix well.
If you have a pigtail cheese, then disassemble it into fibers, and then finely chop.
Step 5: mix the salad.
When the baked potato has cooled, mix it with other prepared ingredients: pickles, ham, kohlrabi and green onions. Add the olives.
Pour mustard sauce into the salad and mix well. If necessary, add more pepper and / or salt.
Step 6: serve potato salad with mustard sauce.
