Ingredients

Eggplant 2-3 pcs
Chicken eggs 5 pcs
Bow 2 pcs
Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp
Salt 1.5 tsp
Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp.

Boiling water 70 ml

Cooking:

Cut the eggplant into strips. Sprinkle 1 tsp. salt, mix and set aside for about 15 minutes. Then squeeze out the excess liquid and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until tender. Cut the onions in half rings. Pour boiling water onion for a couple of minutes. Then we drain the water and add vinegar, sugar and a little water. Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Then squeeze it from the marinade. Add fried eggplant, pickled onions, boiled eggs, cut into half rings, mayonnaise, salt to taste and mix in a salad bowl. We give the salad a little brew and serve it. Bon appetit!
